Dr. Sheffield is a member of the American Association of Equine Practitioners, AAEP. He is truly committed to the health and well being of his equine patients. AAEP has a site to specifically address equine health issues for horse owners. Wimberley Veterinary clinic is set up to treat horses at the clinic or at their home barn with a house call.
Dr. Sheffield is a horse owner. He has both pleasure and competition horses. Having both kinds of horses allows Dr. Sheffield to truly understand and meet the needs of horse owners.
